Pledges are conditional contributions and may be held, released, refunded, or reversed at the discretion of the platform or the payment processor based on funding status, fraud signals, sanctions screening, or chargebacks. No tax, legal, or financial advice is provided. Wish Wizard is not a bank, escrow agent, money transmitter, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or charitable organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Wish Wizard's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
